In the summer of 2016, the FallCall Solutions fall research lab was established. The team developed the research app, FallCapture, which ran exclusively on Apple Watch, iPhone and iPad. Its purpose was to capture accelerometer fall data from 1) humans and 2) EMS training mannequins with weight distributions similar to humans.
